Three milestones. By the end of the month, your ads are running, your content engine is launched, and we know exactly what's bottlenecking your business.

Milestone 1 · First 7 days

The 7-Day Ads Blitz

Most programs send you an "intake form." I'm already in your ad account.

Step 1 The Hemorrhage Audit

While other programs are still sending you "intake" forms, I'm already deep in your ad account, funnels, and VSLs. I personally identify every conversion-point leak where you're hemorrhaging cash — from the 80% who never opt in, to the 98% who watch but don't buy.

Step 2 Profit-Capture Projection

I don't just find problems. I quantify the opportunity. You get a custom, data-backed projection showing the exact monthly revenue capturable based on what's already running. No hype. Just math.

Step 3 The War Room 1:1

You and I meet 1:1 in the War Room. Not a passive "review" call — this is where we lock the priority order for attacking your single biggest, most profitable funnel leak first. You leave with a real plan and the first move queued up.

I write your Omni-Present content strategy — the Conveyor Belt — that puts you in front of your buyers everywhere they already scroll. Stops you from chasing them. Starts them coming to you. Your VA deploys as I write.

We run a Constraint Analysis.

We zoom out. Look at what's working, what's not, what's converting better than expected. Then we lock the priority plan for the next 90 days based on what's actually moving the needle — not what we assumed would.

A tool I borrowed from my mentor Nic Peterson. The premise is simple: at any given moment, there's exactly one thing bottlenecking your business growth.

How we'll work together

More Zoom is not more access.

Most coaches will sell you 1:1 access by adding more calls to your calendar. I do the opposite.

Real access isn't "jump on a call Tuesday at 2pm." Real access is "you hit a wall, you hit me, we solve it now." Adding scheduled calls doesn't help when the problem hits at 9am Wednesday and the next opening is Friday.

Voxer + Loom for everything.

Voice messages and quick screen recordings — that's the channel. Stuck on a piece of copy? Voxer me. Want me to look at your funnel? I'll send a Loom back inside Voxer Hours. Five-minute voice notes solve more problems than fifty-minute Zoom calls — because the problem gets killed the moment it shows up, not three days from now.

Channel 2 · Strategic 1:1

The War Room call.

One scheduled Zoom in your first week — the War Room — where we lock the strategy. After that, scheduled 1:1s aren't the move. Async beats scheduled, every time.

Channel 3 · Group sessions

Weekly group working calls are included.

Every weekly working call I run with my other students — you have access. Sit in. Ask questions. Watch how I work with other operators in real time. The pattern recognition alone is worth the seat.

SOS situations

If something blows up and you genuinely need a 1:1 Zoom — we book it. Case-by-case. But honestly? 99% of problems get solved with a Voxer message and a Loom video — usually within the same day. The SOS Zoom is there if you need it. Most clients don't.

Month 1 was the diagnosis. Month 2 and beyond is where we actually grow the thing. We pour gas on what's working, build the infrastructure that makes the business stop depending on you, and run a Constraint Analysis every 30 days to make sure we're always attacking the right thing.

Once you fix the first constraint, a new one surfaces. That's how growth actually works. Every 30 days we zoom out, find the next bottleneck, and attack it. Most coaches do this once and call it a strategy. We do it every single month — because the bottleneck moves, and your strategy has to move with it.

The leverage layer

Your AI Clone gets built.

Once your messaging is validated, we build your AI Clone. Custom-trained on your voice — not a template, not "Lightning Laurel" (that's the one I built for the $7 program). This is yours. It writes ongoing content the way you would.

Your VA deploys. The Clone writes. I keep optimizing. You stop being the bottleneck.

Twice a year

The Laurel Lounge.

Twice a year, you fly out — Biloxi beach house or French Quarter, New Orleans — and we spend two days working on your business in person. No Zoom. No Voxer. Just sleeves up. The strategic moves you can't make on a screen happen here.

On the engagement

The default engagement is 6 months because that's how long compounding takes to show up. Most clients stay longer.

Whether you make money with my system depends on three things, and none of them are me.

1. Your offer.

If your offer doesn't convert, no ad strategy will save it. Mine won't. Nobody's will. Fix the offer first.

2. Your skillset.

Running ads — even simple $5 ones — requires you to actually learn the system, write copy that sounds human, and make decisions based on data instead of feelings. Some people get this in a week. Some people never get it. Most are somewhere in between.

3. Your willingness to implement.
